Kleenex certainly knows the frustration of a car commuter/traveler when s/he encounters the last tissue from the box, with no spare box around. A simple application of Usability principles of “Feedback” is done here with the help of its color attribute. When the box is approaching emptiness, the tissue color is different. In every box!

  1. They’re not the only tissue company to do that. I’ve seen it done in other brand’s products too. But, agree, that whoever first came up with the idea is on to something smart.
