Stamp Brilliancy

Every company requires rubber stamps – company seal, authorized signatories, round seal, address, etc. I’m surprised to see so many companies still making use of the bulky stamp-pads and stampers in a messy way, where a nice elegant solution is available since many years.

Sure, there have been other breakthroughs that have been vast improvements over the primitive way of stamping, but they still are not as portable and handy as the solution I want to share. I am a user of Japanese pre-inked stamper products that exhibit all characteristics of usability. These are two of my company stamps and their printed result (after more than 3 years)…

Highlights:

  • The boxes are so handy and properly fit inside your pocket as well if required
  • The entire process is not messy; the cover opens up easily to stamp itself wherever required, without the need of a separate stamp pad
  • Refueling of ink is very easy, but hardly required
  • Available only at a marginally extra cost over the standard products
  • Wow/cool factor
Comfort, flexibility, portability, and coolness – are the great returns over a very small additional price one has to bear to use this. Two of my customers jumped at this when they were witness to how easily I could use this, at will – mainly due to its portable size and integrated nature.
